Shared Tool Library

Done a search but I am only seeing that you have to have the same user login to get a library. Can I not give someone a link to my cloud library? Would it even be possible to share that library in real time so both, or many, users updates would apply to all?

There isn’t a way to use a shared tool library right now. About the only thing I can think of is to use the export import.
