Doing setup sheets for a job with multiple setups.

The first setup sheet was created no problem.

The second set up sheet I get this message .

Your file was not found

It may have been moved or deleted.

ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

This happened in the past so I stopped useing the feature...anyone know what's going on here?

Note: I do not use the default folder location because it is hidden in some unknown location...I use a folder on my desktop which is extremely easy to locate.

Hi @EdDRM,

Thanks for posting! It looks like you are experiencing an issue in which a setup sheet saved to a desktop folder is not being found.

Unfortunately, I was unable to recreate this behavior. Would you mind creating a screencast showing your process in case I am using a different workflow?

Also, the error implies the folder setup sheets are being saved to has been moved. Is there any chance that you relocated the desktop folder between the first and second setup sheets?

I would love to do a screencast but really don't know how and don't have the time. sorry

No nothing was moved.

I fixed the issue by switching to the Microsoft Edge browser.

Why do setup sheets go to a browser?

Thanks for the reply.

Hi @EdDRM,

I'm glad the issue was resolved by switching to the Microsoft Edge browser, I believe Chrome should work for you as well. For our reference - which browser were you originally using?

Setup sheets go to a browser because the default save format is .HTML, which is used because it is neutral and can be opened on any computer/ operating system/ web browser. If you'd like to have .PDF format instead, you can use MS Office or OpenOffice to convert the .HTML to .PDF.

Sorry about the delay with my last post.

I was using Chrome originally.

No issues with MS Edge...so far so good.
