Setup part position and generated Post file

I can't seem to figure out how to get the generated GCode to reflect the part position.

I have selected the stock point and table attach point and adjusted X and Y distances to whatever number (say 4in).

The simulation shows the part properly offset by 4" from both X and Y but when I generate GCode the positions are not shifted by 4".

Am I missing something here?

Neither X or Y should every be negative with these settings.

Hi

the part position on the machine has no influence on the output of the G-Code

It is for the correct visual representation during machine simulation.

If you want the origin to be on that location  you will need to create a sketch point that is 4 inches away in XY.

Then in your setup you select that point as your WCS location
