For some unknown reason Fusion has started to post my code with A axis commands.  I have double checked that I selected "HAAS (pre-NGC) /haas" and not the "HAAS - A-axis (pre-NGC) / haas with a-axis".  How do I fix this?

Just to be clear; You have NOT selected the -A- axis post, but are still getting A commands?

yes, M10, M11 and A0.

The comment at the top of the code indicates that the A axis post was selected BUT I triple checked and reposted.  It is like the A axis post overwrote the other one.  Code works fine but I have to delete the 4th axis stuff.

Hmm.

Using the built-in Haas pre-NGC post (non -A- axis) I'm not seeing that:

Not Sure what caused (or fixed ) the glitch but, Fusion was definitely acting strange.  Like I said, I triple checked / posted using the non 4th post with 4th results.  Now after the computer being shutdown I came back to check for any posted replies and also rechecked Fusion.  All is working fine?????????
