Search all projects that use the same cutting tool

Is there a way to search all of your projects that use the same cutting tool? 

For example, I've found a better end mill than what I've used before, I want to find all the tool paths using an old tool and update them to the new one.

No, that is not possible, sorry. As it currently sits, when one adds a tool to a document, it creates a local copy, not a linked tool.
