Same license different tool paths in 3d adaptive clearing?

A coworker and I have the same fusion license but when generating a tool path on the same file without making any changes, we get two different tool paths... The top screen shot is the toolpath my coworker generated and the bottom screen shot is the exact same operation all I did was regenerate it.   Is this a setting somewhere?  Neither one of the licenses have the machining extension

Please attach  your model for analysis.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.
