Round Stock in mill and Mirror WCS

I don't know where to start on this one so thanks for the patience.

I have several pins to be machined on a new table.  One Keyway and an another slot.  The machinist are trained in house by machinist trained in house so there is some limited education.  The keyway  has been run as a there and back again pass in the past with the end mill the same size as the keyway (3/8).   The other larger slot is made with a Ball mill run as a slot.   I am having trouble setting that up in fusion 360.

Also the table is set up with one WCS as a mirror of the other.   This is run on a Haas VF5 by the way.  Sorry for the confusion and the open ended problem.

What's the material and were you planning on doing the radius with the "same sized" ball endmill (R.625)?
