Rotary Tool Path Axis not perpendicular to tool

Is it possible to add a lean/tilt to the rotary tool path so the tool axis is not perpendicular to the axis of rotation?

Yes you can do this in Fusion, but not really with the rotary toolpaths, they are designed more for 4 axis type machines

Probably the easiest way is with Steep and shallow, but you can use most of the other 3d toolpaths to achieve a similar result:

The trick is to use From curve or from point for the primary mode

and then use override tilt angle
