Rotary Chamfering a Square Shape

We have a piece of hardware, call it a box with rounded corners on an a-axis. Is there a way to chamfer the end of the box via some sort of multiaxis path? Rotary doesnt seem to allow a single line to be selected and multiaxis contour seems to require me to use some level of tilt.

Ive uploaded an example file. For the sake of the example i've modeled the chamfers in the area i wish to chamfer and located the origin in the position the actual part is in. Thanks for taking a look. Apologies for the late reply.

is your machine 4 axis? or 3+1?

You can create a single line toolpath in Rotary using "Circular" and placing both the "Front" and "Back" modes to the same position

I preffer Blend over Flow because it gives more uniform pattern over curved surfaces.

Well, all I have is a very ugly workaround, about the ugliest I have ever seen but it does work if you want to try it out 🙂 🙂 🙂
