Rest Machining - 2D Adaptive

Did something change with 2d Adaptive rest machining recently? I used to be able to enter a value into the rest machining dialog for previous tool diameter. Now it just has some automatically generated value and I have no idea where the value is coming from?

Update, I disabled the "Updated UI" feature flag and it's back to normal. I will report this as a bug.

Rest Machining in 2D Adaptive was acting wierd for me yesterday.  I disabled it.
