I found some good stuff over on the Post Forum. Try reading these threads and see if they get you close to a solution:

Hey @LibertyMachine

Do you have any 4th axis processor .cps file that is running successfully. All I want is along with the XYZ I want the C axis say 0 degree . Then for the next drill C36 , C72 , etc..

Just the indexing along Z Axis . Can you share any of your post processors

Sorry, I don't even have a lathe yet (just mills), I've spent very little time working on lathe posts

I am asking for a 4th axis Milling machine .. Which has an indexer installed in it... The best example is the Machine is a large scale model of a Pocket NC

I am trying the 4th axis - C Axis output for our customer .Tomorrow I will be going to his factory , I will take a photo there and I will post it in this forum. Remember that I had asked engrave wrap toolpath where you had told me about that CAM betamode . I am asking for that prospect only

I would not have a clue how to do it, you have already done what I know what to do, what is the machine does it have a right angled head on it, going by your pick in the first post you wont to go side ways what would need a B axis or a right angle head.

Or is it a horizontal mill.
