Hello,

Can anybody help me remove the Z-coordinate an Feed output from this thread cycle?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi @boute_bram

You can give '//' infront of 'zOutput.reset();'  as shown below, this will omit the redundant Z values.

  switch (cycleType) {
  case "thread-turning":
    if (getProperty("useSimpleThread") ||
      (hasParameter("operation:doMultipleThreads") && (getParameter("operation:doMultipleThreads") != 0)) ||
      (hasParameter("operation:infeedMode") && (getParameter("operation:infeedMode") != "constant"))) {
      var r = -cycle.incrementalX; // positive if taper goes down - delta radius
      moveToThreadStart(x, y, z);
      xOutput.reset();
     // zOutput.reset();
      writeBlock(
        gMotionModal.format(92),
        xOutput.format(x),
        yOutput.format(y),
        zOutput.format(z),
        conditional(zFormat.isSignificant(r), g92ROutput.format(r)),
        pitchOutput.format(cycle.pitch)
      );

It works, thank you very much @Arun.rs .

Any ideas to get rid of the pitch value?

Hi @boute_bram

Pitch output is forced in the post. If you don't want to output the pitch output redundant then,

Change this:

var pitchOutput = createVariable({prefix:"F", force:true}, pitchFormat);

To this :

var pitchOutput = createVariable({prefix:"F", force:false}, pitchFormat);
