rapid lines all over the place

I am trying to flat-cut on 5*10 CNC cutting panels with half-lap tongues using 2 d adaptive clearing to cut away above the tongue before cutting a profile cut around the part.

When the adaptive clearing profile is generated the rapids (yellow lines) travel all over in no practical order.

How do I get them to move to the closest cut rather than across the workpiece?

Please attach your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

I am returning your model, so your attachment worked just fine.  Since you used an automatic method of selection of the faces for the Adaptive toolpath is sort of random.  If you select the faces in the order you want, they will stay that way.  By the way, you have a Rapid Collision with the Stock error showing in your simulation when I opened the file, I did not correct it.

Ok, I duplicated your change but is there no way to order without manually selecting,

it doesn't make sense that when the tab is selected that it would go to a random profile when the next profile is directly in line and inches away.

I went to the next profile and selected everything in order but it still goes all willy-nilly. What am I doing wrong?
