Raduis leaves small point at the bottom

Hi Any help will be much appreciated

I'm trying to mill the radius only along the block

its the radius  along the block,& I'm using 10mm ball nose to do the finishing cuts,

whatever 3d tool path I use it seems to leave small ridge at the bottom, I've played around with setting small step downs ect to .05mm but never quite clears all the stock, I use 3d adaptive clearing with .5mm of  stock left to clear, with 10mm end mill.

is it the ball nose tool being to big  or my settings just cant seem to get the little ridge at the bottom to go.

end use is tooling and tube passes through.

 appreciate the help

cheers

Parallel is better suited for this operation. Set top height to -.0001 from model top or select the two faces as Avoid.
