"No source points selected" even though I've selected one

Same with stock setups. If I select an origin point in a stock setup or a source point in a pattern I can select a point and the point does show up and turn blue but the dialogue box does not update to reflect this:

I have to first select a different point:

Same issue when selecting a WCS origin point in a stock setup; I select a point > point changes color > but it's not actually selected. I can click on this point all day long but it doesn't actually get selected until I select a different point first:
