Programming Issue -- Machine Stops During Finishing

I'm having an issue with my machine (2013 Haas VM3) stopping during a cycle. I'm doing a 3D contour path with a 1" insert mill and the machine stops mid-cycle at the same spot. I've attached a screenshot of the code and highlighted the stop. Nothing looks off to me.

I'm not getting any errors on Fusion, and it runs the simulation just fine. I'm thinking it could be the machine, but I can't seem to find any pertinent information to guide me through fixing it. Anyone have any ideas?

Is your machine alarming out if so what alarm? Also do forget your machine may have look ahead and alarming for something we cant see yet. On some machines the alarm pops when you are at the look ahead point.

No, there are no alarms. The machine simply stops moving, but the green light on the Haas is still solid as though the program is still reading. I changed my smoothing tolerance from 0.0004 up to 0.0008 and it seemed to work, although I'm still unsure what the cause of the machine-stop would be.

We had this problem on our 2012 VF-6SS a month ago or so, except it also gouged the fixture I was making. It was not in the code, it was a gremlin (error in the machine). Does it do this every time you run that code? Does running it in Edit mode complete properly?

Yes, it did it every time we ran the code. We ran it through single block and it worked, though. The reasons we came up with were:

1) Rapid motion too high (F500 was brought down to F450, no change).

2) Controller starved of data (Not the case here, unfortunately).

3) Too many small movements causing a blockage for the Haas (Still not sure).

4) Something concerning the diameter of the tool (1.000" Insert Mill).

5) Fusion-related (Again, not sure).

I'm not sure if you saw my post before this one, but changing the tolerance for the smoothing operation ended up allowing it to finish the toolpath. Thankfully no tools or parts were broken, but it would be nice to find the main issue of the stoppage.

@vinicius_arpino can you share the NC code that gave this result, and have you contacted your HFO to see what they have to say? In the instances I've seen this, it's almost always been something to do with the machine/controller..
