In the attached file I have 2 setups to machine both sides of a part. Setup1 works fine but setup 2 will not let me drill the 4 holes that don't go right through. I get the error message "Warning: Cylindrical face is opposite to tool's orientation!". It works if I select any of the through holes. I thought it might be a problem caused by having a thread in those holes but suppressing the threads made no difference. So I don't know what I have wrong.
