I have a customer using Fusion 360, next week we have an integration planned for (1) Anderson Selexx 510 CNC Router. We have been trying for a week to communicate with someone to get a working post processor dialed in. We have a machine under power and in our showroom. Unfortunately after multiple attempts all we are able to get is a link to the generic post offered on the post-processor board.

What other avenues do I have to help my customer get a working post for Fusion 360?

Thank you.

Welcome to the Fusion CAM Forums! I'm sorry to hear about your frustration in getting this resolved.

Do you have any working g-code files you can share that show us the format and expected code your machine would require? Furthermore, where were you asking for and receiving help and being pointed to a generic post?

Dump any pertinent files into a zip folder and attach them to your response.

Oh, do you have a programming manual for the machine? We'd like that as well..

So I was given an email address that was supposedly going to expedite us to Autodesk post writers. We tried on numerous occasions to email and did provide sample code. All that was returned was a link to a generic post that we already had from your website and was incorrect.

All of that is available from Anderson America. Tim Lee is the Sr. Technician and Service Manager at Anderson. He wrote in to cam.posts@autodesk.com, unfortunately with no response, earlier today. Tim is definitely the right resource for all of this and has machines available to run code to prove it out.

If you are interested in communicating with him directly then please advise and I will get you his contact information.

Thank you

Jon

Yes please, drop me a PM with the required info. I'm not a full on post guy, but I know enough to get things rolling

Hi Seth,

I have this same machine and need the post as well. Were you able to get one that worked?
