Hello,

I'm looking for a post for a mazak variaxis 500-5x. It doesn't have the tcpc option, it has the tilted work planes, rotation and 5 axis options enabled. The generic mazak post works some what. I've had to add p0 to the g53.1 commands to get rotations to work, change the g68.2 output to i j k instead of ABC but after multiple rotations the tool tries to go off the side of the table to machine there instead.  Running one operation at a time works if the table starts at a0 and b0 each time. Has anyone got an edited post or one that works well?

Many thanks!

Hello Dean!

Did it happen that you tested the post below or found a proper one for simultaneous 5 axis as I am in search of it?

Thanks
