I have the following: a cylindrical hole with a radius at the bottom. See attachment. When I pocket out the center, I would expect a bullnose tool to have a larger final diameter path than a flat mill. They are shown with the same final diameter. Without using a negative offset,  How do I get a bull nose to get all of the material on the flat?

Solved the issue. Using Horizontal and the Tool Inside of the outer rim on the part allowed the bullnose mill to reach all of the part.
