Pattern: Unable to select source point

I can "select" the point but it never actually gets selected.

It's blue instead of the white it should be:

The dialogue box never updates:

And I get an error saying I didn't select a source point even though I did:

You wouldn't happen to have your WCS at that point, would you?

What do you see when you "long-press" with your mouse?

I do not.

I deleted some geometry and then went back into the Manufacturing environment and had to reselect the same points. If I select a different point first I am then able to clear that selection and then select the point I'm trying to select.
