Parallel toolpath trouble (no passes to link)

Hi there!  

 

 I'm working on a big wall project in high density polyurethane, and I'm having trouble setting up a parallel finishing pass for multiple parts.  I've tried setting up all three parts in the same toolpath, but it ignores all but the first part.  When I duplicate the toolpath and try to set them up individually, I get a "no passes to link" error.  

 

I'm sure that I'm probably  overlooking something pretty basic, but I really can't find the issue.  

 

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

 

 

(Bonus points if you have feeds and speeds recommendations for 15lb corafoam lol)

Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?

File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply.

The issue is that you only have one model selected in your Setup:

Also, I'd just use "Touch Faces" to contain the toolpath:
