Parallel Tool Pathing Question

Parallel Tool Pathing Question

I am fairly new to fusion 360 and CNC machining in general. During simulation on the first parallel operation it seems as though this function isn't cutting all the way to the line I specified as my boundary. The part post machining reflects this. How can I correct this issue?

Most of the 3D Toolpaths often require additional input to work at their optimum. In this case here, with Parallel, Scallop and a couple other toolpaths, I prefer to make a Patch and pull things out a bit to 100% guarantee that everything is cut proper. The Screencast below is just an example of what you would want to do to achieve optimum tool roll off

Thank you very much.

In general I would also try contact point boundary (does weird stuff in your example), or adding just a tiny bit into additional offset.

I'm not sure what that is, but I will def look into it.

Do you think you could help me with one more thing? If you look at the very last operation, I have it as a trace operation. This is to clear the stock as a finish pass, at the very tip of the "Window" if you simulate it you will see the 0.125" ball mill leaves quite a nasty entry. I have a photo below. It is a Tormach 440, 3 Axis, could you make a suggestion to possibly clean that up, I want it as close as perfect, but that may not be a reality for the machine I have. Any suggestions on tools? The part is in a vice that can rotate, but I would rather not have to probe but once during this step in manufacturing. I have a few ideas not using the Tormach, but I would love to hear some suggestions. There is a photo attached.

I'd actually consider using the Pencil tool in this instance which will provide a nicer entry and exit to the corner geometry than a Trace toolpath will:
