Origin not the same between sketches

I created a base sketch extruded a base

Created another two sketches (rails and hooks) off the extruded base.

The origin of the all three sketches match.

I then created an offset plane and then a sketch on the offset plain.  But the origin of the sketch is not the same as the origin of the other three sketches.  Note all based on the xy plane.....

Why is this I would like the originw to all match up how do I do this.

Your offset plane is not based on the XY plane, it is based on the top surface of the body. As such the origin is the centre of the face's bounding box.

If you redefine the offset plane to be relative to the XY plane, the origins of the sketches will match. You may need to turn off visibility of the bodies and sketches in order to click on it.
