@kamal_fouad Thanks for attaching your model. The first thing that I notice is that this part is 8ft. long by 1ft. tall. Is this scale correct?

If it is, this is going to take quite a while for any Adaptive Clearing toolpaths to generate and to machine the part itself.

Attached is the file that I modified. Important things to note:

1. Get your setup right, Z up, X,Y in the appropriate direction

2. Roughing Operation (Adaptive Clearing) to remove the majority of material

3. Finishing Operation (3D Parallel) 

This is just a minimal setup to get you going and I'm sure you'd need some more operations to really machine this cleanly. Also, you'd need another setup to machine the opposite side of the part if you need to.
