New Project button greyed out

Just started to have this problem. When I go to save a new file to a new project, the "New Project" button is greyed out. I reinstalled Fusion and I have an active subscription with the latest version installed. Any ideas? We have lots of parts we make for various clients, so organization is essential. I also cleared the cache.

More info: 

If I go to the team member page and click on the little button that says "open on the web" , I am able to create a new project there and can then save the file to new project. Seems to be some sort of disconnect.  I am the admin on all the accounts.

If the new Project Button is greyed out you likely don't have the correct permissions to create new projects.

Are you a Team administrator?

Go to the Web view and see what the permission levels are.

You Can see here I have Full permissions(I'm a Team Admin) and the "Workshop team" Group has lower permissions so they cannot create Projects

Ah sorry I missed the More info addition I see you are an Admin,

That does seem Odd, I can create Project from the Save Dialog Just fine
