New Manufacturing Extension not working (or no clear way to purchase)

I just saw the new update and I am extremely excited. A couple of weeks ago I was told about some of it's features by a Fusion team member, so I have been waiting on the edge of my seat for it's release. I downloaded the update, restarted fusion....and got an error.
I do not have the illustrated wrench icon on the top bar, and when I select one of the new operations I get "Extensions Unavailable (No suitable contracts found). See log for details"
I cleared cache, restarted fusion, logged out and back in, changed to personal account instead of team, turned off the CAM feature flags I was using...no change.
I am happy to pay for this today since the in-process inspection is a game changer for me. I just need to know how. I can't find anything showing me how to purchase. It's cloud credits or Fusion Team all over again, nobody knows how they work or how to pay for them.
I was also told it would be free for a period of time- If so, hooray. If not, I'm happy to call and give my card so I can save my inspection department a massive amount of work.
So beyond the immediate issue...can we please get some kind of unified purchasing interface for all of the associated products? It seems very fragmented right now.
