new contour silhouette issues

I am getting random times when it is trying to machine inside the model. Anything I am doing? File attached

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Let me do some digging to see if this has been logged yet, and if not, I'll get this logged

As a workaround for now (if you want to use the Silhouette option) you can open your Tolerance (in the toolpath) and your Chaining Tolerance (in Compare and Edit) to .04" and it will give you a correct toolpath:

Looks like the problem is caused because this face is 0.28° out of square.

If I fix that it works with the original settings.

If I try projecting the original body to a sketch in the design workspace you get 2 gaps where the fillets go into the V. I guess the undercut from the face being out of square is the problem.
