Need to modify post for axial center drilling having problems

I need to modify my post to use the main or sub spindle instead of the live tooling for axial center drilling. For some reason it keeps trying to use the mill spindle for axial center drilling, tapping etc. 

This is for a Mazak Integrex 200sy with Fusion control. 

M3= MAIN SPINDLE

M203= MILL SPINDLE

M303= SUB SPINDLE

M202= TURNING MODE

M200= MILLING MODE (CAXIS ENGAGED)

I have tried several edits but I either lose the property selection menu in the post options page or end up with other problems. 

I use the same post in HSM and Fusion. 

any help would be appreciated.

Open up your tool definition for the drill or tap, and on the last tab titled "POST PROCESSOR" uncheck the "live tool" box.
