Need help with 3d cam on 2 sided part

Hi,

Real noob here, even though I have countless hours into this program

I have a flat bed cnc project to cut out of wood. I need help with the cam part. I am willing to pay (not sure if this is allowed on the forum)

On the file attached, I would like to create pins for 2 sided machining, then only 3d cut the sloped curve on one side, then flip over, cut the other curve, then profile in 2d.

Cheers!

I went ahead and imported your 3d drawing. I built a few quick paths to give you an idea. You can do this in three operations.

Setup 1: Pocket out the three 1.5" hole. Extend the pocket into your waste board. Install your dowel pins. If you use hollow pins you can then hold your material down through the pins.

Setup 2: 3d contour front side.

Setup 3: 3d contour the back side.

See the attached file for reference. You'll need to adjust the tools and such to your liking.

Here are some pics that may help.
