NC Program generates unwanted circles

Good morning, 

My issue happens when I export the toolpaths to a NC program. The G-code generates some big unwanted circles that does not appear on the G-code (I tried checking the lines of code manually using NCviewer), and those circles are not on the simulation too.

What is your machine and post processor?

Post processor: Techno CNC (Techno CNC router)

Machine: Techno CNC LC 3024

Turn on "Radius Arcs" in your post dialog:

Further testing reveals the main issue; your tolerances are too loose. You're running a .004" Tolerance and .004" Smoothing Deviation, which is exceedingly large. If I set both to .0005", I get this (with Radius Arcs turned off):
