Should be an easy fix.  I have a model that is not symetrical.

The model origin is not the same as the stock point origin.

When I flip it to machine the bottom the cuts do not line up.

what is easiest fix

Can you set a different WCS in the Setup you use for the second side maybe ????

Can you upload a sample Fusion f3d file you want to machine ?

Go to :-

File > Export > Select f3d format > Save to a location on your omputer > Then attach to your reply

You are absolutely allowed to upload files with the free version, who told you that ??

Go to :-

File > Export > Select f3d format > Save to a location on your computer > Then attach to your reply using the "Attachments" facility below your reply box.

If your list of format options does not have f3d then you will likely have f3z option, this will probably be because you have something linked to your Fusion file like for example a Machine, if so then select the f3z option and upload that.

It is easier for others if you can upload an f3d file so try it if you can :slightly_smiling_face: :slightly_smiling_face:

Set Z on side one to top of the stock and then reset to the new height of the cut down stock for side two, if you have the X and Y positions correct then that should be all you need to do for the Z height.
