Milling holes outside of my solid for use in two-sided flip milling

I'm a hobbyist... what I'm trying to do is  drill .2503" holes in the stock in a particular pattern (dimensioned relative my model) that match a set of holes drilled into the spoil board so that I can correctly index the piece on both sides.

I have my model drawn, and am trying to figure out how to tell fusion to bore holes outside of the model?  I've created sketches of both points where I want to drill, as well as circles where I want to drill. But when I create a bore or radial path, I am unable to select either of them (only option is for selecting "circular faces").

If I use drill, I can select the points. However, I am trying to use a 1/8" bit to drill a .2503 diameter hole in order to fit steel dowel pins. So I don't think using drill will work.

Can anybody help?

you can also just model the stock and add the holes to it, and use another setup to do the work in the "stock"

you can also try the bore mill cycles that are inside the drill toolpath.

This doesn't help you in the "here and now", but this is something we've improved upon in our internal builds. In a future release, you'll be able to specify cylinders that exist outside of your Setup Model.
