Mazak QT-EZ8MSY Sub features not matching Main features

I'm having issues getting features machined on the sub spindle to line up correctly with features done on the main. I'm drilling 3 holes through Z of the part on the main, transferring to the sub and counterboring the remaining length of the hole with an endmill. The counterbores done on the sub are shifted 30 degrees from the holes drilled on the main. I'm using Mazatrol in the post (G53.5) and below is the transfer code for the part. New to this machine but I feel like I'm missing something obvious.

I'm not familiar with Mazaks(yet) but I notice in the post there is an option for phase or speed sync

I imagine this needs to be set to phase?

It looks like your code is being output correct.

do you have an offset in your Sub or main C axis in the WCS page of the mazatrol?

It is indeed set to phase. There is a main C-offset for the G53.5 WCS.

So would the offset value in G53.5 be accounting for the error?

I'll have to go and look at my friends QT200MSY on Friday and see what they do
