Manufacturing T-splines

Hi!

I am modeling a body kit that will be machined on foam. I will model it in form environment, close in patch and convert to a body. 
Will the body from a t-spline be an issue to generate toolpaths? 
what type of advice would you have while modeling to have in mind to end up with a simple and clean toolpath at the end?

let fusion set smooth curve then make small changes with the control handles
