Machining a ball endmill shaped slot

Hi,

I cant get fusion to do what i want. I would like to machine a groove in the shape of a ball end mill i own.

The slot is 8,4mm wide and the ball cutter programmed in the cam is too. I tried adaptive, pocket, 2d pocket, making sub selections... but all i really want to do is cut the groove in one pass... straight line.

Suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Draw a line at the center of the slot. Use Trace. Set Compensation to Center. Adjust the tangential extension to make sure it doesn't collide with wall.

Use Axial Offset to make sure it goes to depth. Use Axial Offset Passes if you want to take multiple depths of cut.
