Machine Following Wrong Tool Path When Milling

Hi, I've been using Fusion for a while now but I am fairly new to the manufacturing part. I am running a program in UGS but when it starts the 2d contour portion of the program it's not following the correct toolpath. The simulation and visualizer both look correct but when it gets to actually milling it's not working correctly. Is anybody familiar with this issue?

Not working how? need more of a description or information.

If you compare the tool path taken in this photo

 

and the tool path it should take you can see the problem.
