Leaving a Large wood Slab - with 55mm Spoil board cutter

Hi All,  I am very new to Fusion 360 ,  I am trying to create a programme to level off twisted large wood slabs,  I have been trying to create a facing Operation to runs over the total dimensions of my slabs,  but what I really need is a program, which removes 1mm to 2mm per pass,  if there a simple way to program this ?  I can find the setting in the facing operation to lower per pass  ?

Here is a screen shot I am simply trying to remove 1/2mm per pass across the total width and length of a wood slab.
