Hello guys,

 

Im new to Fusion, and I just tried my first lathe model and the toolpath worked just fine but when I go to post process I'm getting the message below, Im using HAAS - A-axis (pre-NGC) config, my machine run on USB CNC controller, can you please advise

Thanks for raising your concern via Forum.

 

Could you please share your model file? I will take a look at it.  

 

File>Export>.F3d save the file and reattach the file to this thread.   Make sure zip the file before attaching.

From the image what i can see is the orientation is set wrong in the setup the the rotary axis is set about Y in the model it should be around X something like this

if it again throws the error kindly share the .F3d file

File>Export>.F3d
save the file and reattach the file to this thread.

Thank you so much for your help... The problem was i need to make it arround the X axis not the Y axis
