Is there a way to have adaptive clearing change direction?

I have a manufacturing job where I need to rough out the material around a piece like shown here:

The issue is that all the side-to-side movements on the left and right hand side add a condierable amount of time. Is there a way to have fusion change direction 90 degreees and do the side cuts long the lenght of the object instead?

Not with how you constrained it to be inside that rectangle! Increase your boundary and it will go along your outside.

Yep, that's all it took! Just increased the border a bit and it solved itself. Thank you!
