I'm having trouble posting 2D and 3D operations to one post

I'm new to fusion manufacture but not new to CAM. My problem has something to do with saving the ramp or scallop with a 2D pocket. It is fine when I output the 2 pockets together and the ramp by itself, but one pocket and the ramp won't work.
I have tried bringing my tolerance and smoothing to .04" just to reduce the file size.  I don't think it has anything to do with my postprocessor because it will run 2 pocket operations with a tool change, but I could be wrong this is my first job with fusion.
I have attached my files.
Thank you in advance.

I've just tried posting a bunch of different combinations and all work just fine.

This is using the standard WinCNC post from the fusion library

is that the post you are using?

It posts fine but when I go to the machine I get Error -Syntax - Command or File Not Found

Does it give a line number that the syntax error is on?

That would point to which part of the code is giving problems

I cannot see anything unusual in the code the would cause such an error

No, I don't see a line number in the error.

That is very odd

I don't have access to a wincnc controller so I can't test the code myself but it does run perfectly fine through the NC Viewer back plotter

I know, when I import it to my machine it only previews the pocket for the #6 and the small holes. Not the 3D ramp toolpath. But I can import a file with just ramp just fine and that will run.

I was wrong. It is something to do with the tool change. I just tried a file with two 2D pockets using different tools and got the error message.

can you try setting the atc mode to 1

alaasW8M6T_0-1697310994681.png

with it set to 0, you get the "M37 H" output

with it set to 1 you get "M37 T"

You got my hopes up on that one, but it didn't work.

What is ATC mode?

From the Win CNC manual

I still cant see any bits of code that will throw up any issues.

Does your machine come with any sample code that shows all the correct syntax for toolchanges etc?

There really isn't any difference between a single operation and multiple ops in terms of the code other than the G28 after the G53 at the end of both programs, but not between tools, but I wouldn't imagine that should cause any issues.

I have this file that works with a tool change from Aspire.

Comparing the Aspire code output to the fusion one, the aspire output isn't using M37 and G43 for tool length compensation, so I'm not sure how the machine is compensating for various tool lengths when it changes tools.

Maybe your machine activates the tool length on the toolcall?

I also note that its using feed type:
