What post processor are you trying to use?

You've defined your Setup as a Turning setup, so you just need to select an appropriate Turn/Mill post processor. What is the machine/control in question?

Hello Seth,

The brand of the machine is NVX 1680 YCM, it has FANUC Server

Can you please share a video or link about how it is done? Thanks if I don't tire you,

That machine is not a lathe, it's a mill. Thus, you need to define a Milling Setup:

Without a Machine Configuration, you're going to get Euler angles (G68.2). You can change this with a proper machine configuration or post edits.

hello emre,
Do you want to drill holes in 4 axes? I think the machine model is a vertical machining center.

Hello Emre,

Yes, our machine has vertical processing, diffuser attachment

Give it time to process, it usually takes several minutes to become available 🙂

Hi Emre,

  • Positioning the Part
First, position the part relative to the origin. Make sure the part's orientation matches how it appears on a blank workspace in Fusion 360 (XYZ axis alignment).

  • Setting Stock and References
After positioning the part, configure the stock and reference points accordingly.

  • Downloading the Machine Kinematics
Download Autodesk’s 4-axis rotary machine kinematics from the cloud library.

  • Adjusting the Machine Kinematics

    • Disable the TCP (Tool Center Point) mode in the machine kinematics.
    • Set the rotational limits for the A-axis between -360 degrees to +360 degrees.
  • Integrating a Post Processor

    • Download a post processor like Fanuc Robodrill or Meldas from the Fusion post library.
    • Integrate the post processor into the machine kinematics.
  • Divisor Lock and Unlock Commands
If the rotary axis (divisor) operates using M10 and M11 commands:

    • Define the corresponding codes for "unlock multi-axis" and "lock multi-axis" in the post processor settings.

Hello Emre,
What exactly are you stuck on? Can you write down the things you can't do and the things you want to do, I can make a video accordingly.

Hi Emre, I made the machine definition, I made TCP passive and adjusted the angle ranges, I share the screenshots, but it gives the error you have seen, define the corresponding codes for “unlock multiple axes” and “unlock multiple axes” in the post processor settings. could it be due to the statement, I guess I couldn't do it, thanks, I get the same error in both posts,
