I am looking to machine the profile of this Top

How do I will down the top of this profile and why is it contouring the outer perimeter and not the inside?

2D Contour is not a "Surface Clearing" tool. To rough out the part, I'd likely go with a couple 3D toolpaths such as Pocket and then use Parallel (and a ball endmill) to finish it.

Instead of running the toolpath longways, is it possible to run it in the y direction so it follows the profile? This program is for a Kuka Robot and it is able to achieve a very smooth finish this way.

I need this 50mm tool to be offset on each Y side to at least 25 mm. I have tried the offset, but it applied to all my tooling. Any idea?

This is incredible. I have a decommissioned KUKA arm that I need to bring back to life. This is really encouraging to see!

What Kuka do you have? Is it for sale? Lol.

It's a KUKA D300 R1 that I think was a welder in the automotive industry before. It's been collecting dust for years and I have no idea what kind of condition it's in.
