How to toolpath this fillet?

I cant quite work out how to machine the highlighted fillets correctly.  The toolpath always wants to go out into the slot.  If I cut deep enough to finish the fillet, I cut into the bottom of the slot.

Ideally I would just like a helical cut all the way from the top of the fillet to the bottom of the taper in one operation but I couldn't work out how to do it.

No problem.

Maybe there is a other better solution. But to machine an outside fillet you also need to set 'tool center on boundary' and 'contact point boundary' on. that way it won't go around the corner

Or you can try it this way (see attached file). Model up an extra model without the cut-outs.
