how to mill same setup multiple times on same board

I have a plan to mill a 8x20 inch setup 6 times on a 48 inch board. Plan is to put board on bed and start milling from bottom left corner to upper left corner and then start on right side of board for same 6 setups.

setup is simple with one adaptive clearing then 2 2d contours. I have attached a body that I patterned 6 times.

Issue is how to duplicate setup with operations over multi parts without having to create each one.

I see that you already created a Pattern > Linear in the CAM, but the distance was set to .2". Was that intentional?

Your parts are spaced 7.5" apart, so changing that distance (in Pattern) and adjusting the quantity to 6 would give us this:

Going on step further, we can add an additional direction in that pattern, and end up with this:

Did I understand your question correctly?

thank you Seth,

do I have to do separate setups for each part. Or is there a way to mill all parts by duplicating the first setup and operations?

When you put toolpaths in a Pattern (Linear, for example), it will post out code for all the parts. So, you don't even need to pattern your parts in the Design space, you could just work with one component and Pattern it on the CAM side of things. Does that help answer?
