How to disable G93

Hi guys, I'm using a custom cps postprocessor file and a custom 4axis machine definition, in the machine settings, I've already set up multi-axis feedrate method to "Degrees per minute standard".

The rotary tool path still produces G93 code, which is not recogonized by my machine.

How can I use G94 instead?

The code the postprocessor produces:  "G93 A75.939 F6.287;" (My machine just don't recogonize it).

My machine settings:

My cps file is attached.

Thats strange I cannot able to reproduce the problem as you have mentioned.

Could you attach the f3d file and the machine file?

thanks

Hi sir,  I think I know the reason why this is happening. It could be some kind of trivial bug.

At the time I created my old NC program, My Machine Settings "Multi Axis> Feed rate Method" was set to "Inverse time(Seconds)".  After that I changed it to "Degrees per minute standand", Then no matter how I reimport the machine and the postprocessor file, It always produces G93.

Just now I created a new NC program, and do the postprocess, G93 is gone as expected.

I attached the file here , hope it can somehow help you understand the problem.

Well... Another problem occurs, now the feedrate is set to 10000.

How can I set these values to a reasonable feed rate?

Hi @80669349

It is expected now the feed rate is not in mm/min anymore its in deg/min so the feedrate value will be changing based on the toolpath points.

You can adjust the maximum feed here

I can see lot of copied machines used in the document. I would suggest to clear the machines in the document and keep a single machine in the document
