How do I get this toolpath to be more efficient?

If you look at this pocket toolpath, you'll see that it does a weird thing where it travels along the edge of the pocket repeatedly while traveling to different areas of the pocket. Any suggestions?

This is a known bug that was logged a few months ago (CAM-39448). You have a couple options:

1) Try another toolpath, such as Adaptive. I'm not fond of that toolpath in this application as it could lead to a very "jittery" machine.

2) Cap off the ends of the part. Example:

 Toolpath:

It's a 43 minute cycle as opposed to the 1hr45min of your prior method.
