Help with strange plunge outside of selection?

I have a 2d contour that works properly....(it is the original sketch for a mirror for the next 2 d contour).

I duplicated this contour, then selected the new contour (reversed of course).

but this contour has a plunge at the end of the tool path that i cant get rid of and have no idea where it is coming from.

Set up is spring slot lever drill; operation is 2d contour34(3)

Hello.
It's the chain of 2D toolpass that's the problem.

Inside the chain, which was created by combining the sketch and the edges of the geometry, there is a warped section.

If you generate a toolpath that excludes those warped sections, you can see that it comes out fine.

I've attached a short video to demonstrate this.
Good luck.

Wow great find thanks a lot YD.

I have never used wireframe view...looks really nice.

Think I need to reboot fusion, and review my timeline start to finish...figure out where the warpage is coming from.
