Heidenhain 5 Axis M128 Change Before Positioned

Hi,

 

There may be simple solution to this but I can't find it so far. 

 

I have a 5 axis mill with tnc 530 control.  The tool paths work fine once positioned.  The problem is the post switches to M128 (tcpm) at the Z max (140).  The machine, depending on where it is starting from will crash or overtravel trying to get to position.  It seems it should go to the tool path clearance plane with table tilted before switching over to M128.  The 3 + 2 paths are fine just synchronous paths that this issue occurs.

 

I am using "use rotary angles" for the tilted work plate and not checking the TCMP.  This code loads and runs fine as stated.  It just needs to get to position before switching over to M128.

Is there any reason you are not using Plane Spatial? You can use it in combination with CYCL DEF 7 datum shift.

 

Try to replace lines 8-24 with following:

Thanks.

 

The machine errors out at 30 PLANE RESET STAY which is probably why I was not using the spatial plane.  Not sure how to get around that.
