Has Fusion turning completely shat the bed?

What is this doing? Doesn't respect specified inner radius. Doesn't respect specified front offset. Doesn't respect "no axial grooving". Doesn't respect "OD profiling". Doesn't respect tangential extension - it's not tangent. Should be the simplest possible turning operation one can do. Not even one element of it works properly.

Profile finishing operation for a ring:

If you can recalculate by closing the spun profile, the problem can be solved.

And if that doesn't solve the issue, would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply.
